We run each building as a separate company with its own bank account and all the interest earned benefits the lesees.

We can carry out a schedule of dilapidations to assess the condition of the building and draw up a maintenance programme. We firmly believe that it is important to work together as a partnership rather than what we see so often as the leasees and managing agents at loggerheads.

Individual property management
Are you an overseas Landlord or do you not want to handle the everyday management of your properties? We can take all the pressure and strain for you - from a broken washing machine to a complete refurbishment. We offer competitive fees and can act for you even if we are not the original Letting Agent.
