Block management

Not happy with your current Managing Agents? We feel there is more room for a human approach to estate management. All new clients in our block management department have come to us by recommendation, which speaks for itself.

We run each building as a separate company with its own bank account and all the interest earned benefits the properties. We can carry out a schedule of dilapidations, by a qualified surveyor, to assess the condition of the building and draw up a maintenance programme with the lessees.

We can take all the pressure and strain for you - from a broken washing machine to a complete refurbishment. We offer competitive fees and can act for you even if we are not the original Letting Agent.
