Jane Thorne Residential was established in February 2000 by Jane Thorne.
The company offers a comprehensive range of services including Lettings, Sales, Valuations, Property Management and Investment. Unlike many other Principals who hide behind closed doors, the Directors, and in fact all the staff, of Jane Thorne are always at hand to give expert help and advice. With nearly 90 years combined experience there are not many situations that we have not encountered, (although new experiences welcome!) With modern computerised systems and personal attention to clients needs we are well placed to offer the kind of service other agencies lack.

We always give realistic valuations and fully understand the importance of not having ‘void’ periods. We have a large database of potential tenants from the Public and Private sectors. We work closely with Companies, Housing Associations and London Boroughs. We offer Let Only, Rent Collection or Full Management.

We have a large selection of properties across a wide area of North London and Hertfordshire. With an indepth understanding of the local market and up to the minute information from the Land Registry we always give an honest and accurate valuation of your property. With extensive advertising in the local papers and the Internet, your property will be marketed comprehensively.
