As we all are in the same boat and due to the current situation with Corona Virus we have closed the office.
We still have telephone access to our mobiles and emails are being checked and we will be trying to deal with your enquiries as quickly as possible. Please please bear with us.
However our Contractors are trying to work but as most of the major Suppliers are also closed they are finding it extremely difficult to obtain spares or replacements. We also have to be careful whether they will be prepared to enter into the various homes.
We are waiting for more definite guide lines from the Government for both our Landlords and Tenants. In the meantime you should make application to any of your Lenders to freeze your payments for 3 months.
To those of you who have Utility pre-payment meters you should contact your Suppliers for further information and to make arrangements regarding your top-ups being done without having to go to local Pay Points.
Unfortunately we understand that a lot of tenants are going to have financial hardship and difficulty in making their rental payments. We are asking that all tenants take note of the Government Guidelines with respect to making any claims for assistance and Universal credit and they act promptly and keep us fully advised.
Similarly we are asking our Landlords to appreciate that there will be a delay in rental payments to them and we will try and keep payments as up to date as possible. We will also advise immediately when we are aware that your tenant is having serious financial issues.
